At iYuhui Golf, we stand behind every product we sell. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return process.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any item for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.

How to Return

1. Contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will send you a prepaid return shipping label within 1–2 business days.
3. Pack the item securely and drop it off at any authorised shipping location.
4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-fitted or personalised equipment
• Items showing signs of use, damage, or modification
• Sale or clearance items (marked as final sale)

Exchanges

Need a different shaft flex, loft, or size? We are happy to exchange your item for the correct specification. Contact us and we will arrange the exchange at no extra cost within the 30-day window.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or is defective, please photograph the damage and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
